Shipping and payments
Free shipping. Always.
Every order ships free within the contiguous US. No minimums, no codes, no fine print.
When does it ship?
We roast to order. Place an order and your coffee goes out within 2 business days. The roast date is printed on every bag because you should know.
Where do you ship?
Currently the contiguous US only. Alaska, Hawaii, and international are in the works.
How long does it take?
Once it ships, expect 3–5 business days. You'll get a tracking number the moment it leaves us.
Something go wrong?
Lost in transit, showed up damaged, never arrived: email us at hello@daymarkcoffee.com and we'll make it right.
Returns and refunds
Coffee is a one-way trip
We can't take back coffee that's been opened. Once a bag is out in the world, it's yours. But we stand behind everything we ship, and if something's off, we want to hear about it. If a bag is still sealed and you want to send it back, we'll refund the coffee.
Your order arrived damaged, wrong, or not at all
Email us at hello@daymarkcoffee.com and we'll send a replacement or refund. Your call.
You just didn't like it
Tell us anyway. Seriously. We'd rather know what missed than hear nothing. We can't refund opened bags as a rule, but we'll work with you on the next order.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
FAQ
How fresh is the coffee?
We roast twice a week and ship ASAP. The roast date is on every bag. Most coffee in the wild is weeks or months old by the time it reaches you. Ours is days.
Do you sell ground coffee?
Whole bean only. Pre-ground coffee starts losing flavor within minutes of grinding. If you don't have a grinder yet, get one. Even a basic burr grinder will change your coffee more than switching beans ever will.
How should I store it?
In the bag it came in, sealed, at room temperature, away from light and heat. Don't refrigerate it. Don't freeze it (unless you're storing a bag long-term and know what you're doing)
