About 22 cups (15g of coffee with 8oz of water).

You'll see bags claiming 30 cups per bag. That's for a 6oz cup. Your mug is probably 12oz.

What’s the roast?

Medium. Dark enough for depth, light enough to keep its sweetness.

Whole bean or ground?

Whole bean. Grind this one fresh if you can (it’s worth the thirty seconds).

How should I brew it?

However you already do. Drip, pour-over, press, espresso, cold brew. Sierra doesn’t play favorites.

Does it take milk or cream?

Yes. The chocolate, caramel, and toffee all hold up. Pour away!
